The hotel’s interior concept has been inspired by two pieces of artwork depicting the crimson hued mountains of Changsha, resulting in a timeless Chinese aesthetic. The double-height lobby is purposefully kept open, allowing guests to circulate through the hotel’s various function spaces easily. Meanwhile, a central feature wall installation anchors the lobby space with vertically oriented offset wave patterns in shades of ivory and red alongside laser-cut flower motifs. The hotel’s island reception desk is tucked away from the open space and defined by a bold back wall in embossed red leather, visually drawing guests inwards.
