Set in the captivating Mornington Peninsula, Jackalope Hotel’s grounds feature a rolling vineyard views and a long avenue of pines as an arrival driveway. Aiming to enhance the existing surroundings, a separation of experiences has been created. The result is privacy and seclusion for the hotel landscape as well as an activated space adjacent to the restaurant and winery. A local vegetation palette combined with select feature exotic trees provides an immersive environment. Rounding off the landscape is a 7-metre-high Jackalope sculpture by local artist Emily Floyd, flanking the hotel’s entrance.
